These photos capture the hedonistic club culture of late 90s Britain" Dazed & Confused. While You Were Sleeping by acclaimed photographer Ewen Spencer is on daily here at Laz Emporium till the end of June and entrance is free. Ewen Spencer began by shooting for 90s alternative nightlife magazine Sleaze Nation. Ewen's 24 year-old son Kuba stumbled across the black and white reportage – taken while Kuba himself was a baby – while pouring through his dad's film archive during lockdown. Struck by their energy and authenticity he asked, “When did you take these?" Ewen replied, “While you were sleeping."
